Create an account

While you don't need an account to watch most videos on Dailymotion, creating an account allows you to follow channels, create playlists, upload videos, and do more. To get started, follow the instructions below.

1. Click the Sign Up / Sign In button in the upper right corner of www.dailymotion.com.
2. Choose I want to create an account from the radial menu options.
3. Click Sign in with Google+, Sign in with Facebook, or type your email address in the form field and click Next.
   
4. If signing up using Google+ or Facebook, authorize Dailymotion.
5. Next, enter your password, birth date, channel name, channel link, captcha, and click Create. 
6. Check your email for a confirmation email. Click the Confirm your email address button in the email
7. You will be directed to your Dailymotion channel where you can start to use more  features

Navigation menu

Clicking the navigation button (three horizontal lines) in the upper left corner of www.dailymotion.com will open the navigation menu. The navigation menu allows you to browse categories and recommended content.

Search bar

Use the search bar at the top of the page to search for videos, channels, and playlists using keywords. The keywords you enter should reflect the title and/or content of your desired search result.

Channel menu

Use the Dailymotion logo in the upper right corner to manage your account and channel. This menu also lets you sign in and sign out of your account.
