Why Am I Seeing A Captcha On AdF.Ly?

We have a Captcha system for a very small percentage of the daily visitors.
This is necessary to detect bots and other fraudulent traffic. It protects our advertisers and allows them to bid more for your traffic - ensuring you are paid the absolute most money for each visitor you send via AdFly.

Why Is My Link 'Locked'?

This can happen if you open multiple AdFly links too quickly.
It is to protect our advertisers and ensure the viewer actually sees their advert for 5 seconds.
If one of your visitors opens many links, one in each tab of their Internet browser - they will not see the advertising for 5 seconds. They will only open the tab and click 'Skip Ad'.
The 'locked' page protects against this behavior.

How Can I Maximise My Earnings From Visitors On A Mobile Device?

We now have the option for you to enable mobile app adverts. This means your visitors on a mobile device could see an advert that will automatically open the App Store or Google Play when they click on one of your AdFly links.
To continue, the visitor must close the program and click the 'Skip Ad button'.
While some Publishers will not want their visitors to have to do this, it does provide significantly more revenue for the Publisher if they do.
So we are now giving our Publishers the option to include these adverts or not.
To turn on or off this feature, please go to:
and select the relevant setting for 'Enable Mobile App advertising'.

What Are Pop Ads On AdFly? How Can I Use Them?

Apart from making money with your AdFly short links, you can also try a new additional method of advertising on AdFly - Pop Ads.
These popups can generate you extra revenue if you already use our 'Full Page Script' or 'Website Entry Script' on your website and the installation is super easy, just add the following variable:
var popunder = true;
to your JavaScript code. The amount you can earn depends on the volume of traffic your website has.
Or if you wish to earn money when a visitor simply enters your site without clicking an AdFly link, just add our Pop Ads Script located here:
This advertising does not affect your AdFly links in anyway, they will continue as normal, so it is nothing but extra money!

How Much Money Does The Pop Ads Pay?

We share 50% of the advertising revenue with our Publishers, this is not a fix rate. You can check out our Publisher Rates page for reference:
The main factor of the payment rate depends on the country of your visitors.
The Pop Ads statistics are updated every hour in your account, the money earned for Pop Ads is automatically added to your AdFly balance on the Withdrawal page:

What Is The "Skip Ad" Adverts Setting In My AdFly Account For?

We have recently added a new feature that will allow you to increase your AdFly links revenue by 20%-100%.
How can we afford to do this? Very simple, now there will be a new pop ad when someone clicks the 'Skip Ad' button on the advertising window. The user will be redirected to their destination URL as normal but you will earn additional money.
If you don't want to show your visitors any pop ads, no problem - you can turn off 'Skip Ad' Adverts at any time in your account settings:
We know not everyone wants pop ads, so they will always be optional on AdFly.

What Is The "Stop Adblock Users" Feature?

In addition to alerting your visitors when a browser extension is blocking AdFly, you can now decide to allow them to continue to the destination link or advise them to deactivate it for AdFly first.
To turn on this feature login to your account and go to:
and tick 'Yes' on the 'Stop Adblock Users' setting. Then click on 'Update Account'.
Users who now click on your AdFly short links will be requested to turn off any ad blocking extensions in order to continue to the destination website.
To allow them to continue anyway (earning no revenue) just tick the 'No' setting instead.

Why Do I See The Message 'Ad Blocker Warning'?

To be able to view an AdFly link and it's destination URL, we require that an advert shown.
We are an advertising network and our Publishers use this revenue in order to monetize their websites and provide their users with content.
If you are seeing the 'Warning' message, it means we have detected that you have a browser extension or software installed on your computer preventing the advert from being shown. In order to be able to continue with the AdFly link, you will need to add the following domains to your ad blocker whitelist:
adf.ly
j.gs
q.gs
After this has been done, the AdFly links will function normally and the Skip Ad button will be shown.
Please find a guide below to add a URL to the whitelist of each major ad blocking software:
(Adblock Plus - Click on Adblock plus icon, and select 'disable on adf.ly')

How Can I Add A Thumbnail To My AdFly Links On Facebook?

Adding a thumbnail to your AdFly links couldn't be simpler. You just need to click on the pencil icon next to the AdFly link you wish to edit and add a URL to an image for use with Facebook.
