How can I cancel or delete my account?
When using our service there is no cost.
FanSlave is and remains fully free of charge.
If you have no more credits available, in the worst case you will simply get no more fans.
Even if your account is in debit, you are under no financial obligations.
If you want to close your account anyway, do the following:
  1. Sign in
  2. Click on
  3. Confirm

I cannot connect my Facebook account. What can I do?

In rare cases it can happen that you cannot link your Facebook account.
The following tips or information may help:
  1. Java must be enabled
  2. Delete your cookies, your cache
  3. Log out of Facebook and fanSlave. 
    Then log in again in fanSlave and click Update. 
    After this  log in again and confirm the request in Facebook.
  4. Restart your browser
  5. Try another browser to connect (We recommend Google Chrome )
  6. Restart your computer
  7. Check the security settings in your Facebook account
  8. If necessary, delete the fanSlave application in your Facebook account and then try the connection again
  9. The Update button does not work if you're using the option 'use Facebook as a page'
  10. Try to connect your account from another computer

How can I change my email address?

Forum -> My Profile -> Edit ->
Enter new email address -> Save 

How can I change my password?

Forum -> My Profile -> Edit ->
Enter the new password 2 times -> Save

When I click on Update, I get 'Loading Data ... Error: Please click reload and try again'

As the message says, wait and try again later.
Apparently there is a temporary overload.
Message:
'Loading Data ... Error: Please click reload and try again '.

Where can I change my name?

Forum -> My Profile -> Edit ->
type in new name -> Save 
I get the message that my Facebook account is already in the database

Please send the following information to:
support@fanslave.com
  1. Due to the account deletion
  2. Due to the re-opening
  3. Old user name (fanSlave)
  4. New user name (fanSlave)
  5. Facebook account name
  6. Facebook URL / Internet address of your account
We will review the process and then manually accept it if it's ok.
The review may take up to one week.
I resetted my password but the token is not working
The token is working fine - please don't use the "." at the end for the token - it's the end of the sentence and does not belong to the token.
